Определился и заработал без драйвера. Для пущей надежности, доставил драйвер. Все пашет, 4 устройства определяются нормпльно, правда была проблема с работой приводов, пришлось искать порты в которых они не конфликтуют.

One capacitor (MLCC SMD) was loose. Probably happened during manufacturing or during heatsink installation. It was soldered okay but then got broken off somewhen before packaging. The card itself was well-packaged in a small cardboard box. I soldered the capacitor back to the board and everything works as it should. I checked the board layout: External ports 1,2,3 are directly connected to the Marvell 4-port controller. Controller port 4 is split via the additional port multiplier IC to external ports 4,5,6. So if you want best performance, try to avoid using ports 5 and 6 (as they are sharing the same controller SATA port as port 4). It's working on a Raspberry Pi CM4 IO Board now. Search the web for more info!
